Help & Ordering

How do I place an order?

  1. Choose your product and select the size, colour or set option where available. Check the product details and quantity before adding it to your basket.
  2. Open your basket and check that your items and selected options are correct.
  3. Continue to checkout and enter your contact and delivery details carefully.
  4. Check the available delivery options, charges and order total, then choose one of the payment methods shown at checkout.
  5. Complete your order and keep your order confirmation for reference.

Where can I check my order?

Use the order-status link in your confirmation message to view the available updates. If tracking has been provided, follow the tracking link for shipment information.

I have not received an order confirmation

If you supplied an email address at checkout, check your inbox and junk or spam folder. If you still cannot find your confirmation, email us with the name and email address used for the order. Please contact us before placing the same order again.

I am having trouble checking out

Check that your contact, delivery and payment details are correct. If checkout still does not complete, email us with the product name and any error message you see. Never send your full card number, security code or password by email.

Can I change my order or delivery address?

Email us as soon as possible with your order number and the change you would like to make. We will check whether the change is still possible; it cannot be guaranteed once an order is being processed or has been dispatched.

There is a problem with my delivery or item

For a missing, damaged or incorrect item, email us with your order number and a description of the issue. Include clear photos where relevant so we can investigate.
